Charleton Fruit Farm
"13 crops to pick across the season. No booking. Just arrive."
Charleton has the widest pick-your-own selection in the region — thirteen crops across the season: strawberries, yellow raspberries, raspberries, gooseberries, blackcurrants, cherries, plums, tayberries, pears, apples, blueberries, brambles, and pumpkins. No booking needed. Arrive during the season, pick, weigh, pay.
The café serves breakfast and lunch — soups, paninis, cakes, coffee. The play area has trampolines, a go-kart track, zip line, maze tunnel, and a play fort. In October the pumpkin patch turns the whole farm orange. From June to late summer the fruit fields are open seven days a week. This is the farm people drive 45 minutes for and come back to every single year. Operated by Graeme and Lisa McColl since 2021.
